“My most favorite activity in the whole program was the Bioinformatics workshop. I really enjoyed the workshop because I found learning about the processes of the formations of DNA, RNA, and proteins interesting. Looking deeper into the base pairings of the bases and the relation between segments of two DNAs with the same sequence really caught my interest.”

“This was greatly meaningful to me personally, as it was my first near-research experience, and it was a big step to exploring future research opportunities.”

“Through this program, I am more sure with my decision of considering to take science (biology or chemistry) as my major for university next year. Not only the workshops, but the tour and other activities were very fun and interesting. I think this program is very good as it allows us, students, to learn more and even do experiments that schools sometimes could not afford. In conclusion, I enjoyed my time here in Singapore, and would gladly join this program again next year.”
