ALL-in Global Immersion Program is a career immersion program in the heart of Singapore city for students who are interested in physical science, life science, or business streams. We provide a real-life implementation in the entrepreneurship & research field through workshops, company and university visits, and projects with guidance from coaches and experts in respective fields.
You will end the program with tangible outcomes that could be the start of your entrepreneurship and research projects in the future. For the Science Research stream, you will present your findings throughout the program in a mini research symposium, while for the Business stream, you will do a business pitch to real angel investors with possible seed funding.
Through this program, we want you to broaden your horizons and take action, connect with like-minded students, and confirm the career outlook and university major that you want to pursue.
This is an all-around career exploration program, unlike the others.
The hands-on method is one of the important aspects in this program. Through workshops and coaching sessions, you will be guided by our professional experts and mentors to make sure that you could not only understand the theories and concepts, but able to implement those and practice your skills on real business or research project of your own.
You get to have your own tangible result at the end of this program with possibility to upscale. For the Business Immersion Program, you will present your business pitch to angel investors with a possible seed fundings, while for the Science Research Immersion Program, you will present your simple research findings in a mini symposium held in front of university professors.

This year, the Global Immersion Program will cover three streams; research in physical science, life science, and business.
At the Science Research Immersion Program, you will have to choose between physical science or life science topic. You will learn about Renewable Energy such as organic solar and fuel cells, Engineering Systems and Design, AI & Robotics, Genetic Engineering, Antibody, and Bioinformatics through hands-on workshops and visits.
At the Business Immersion Program, you will get the firsthand experience of building your own startup through series of workshops and visits, starting from Problem Identification, Ideation, Prototyping, Customer Discovery, to Pitching.
The ideal candidate for this program is a middle or high school student from Grade 8 to 12 who is driven and passionate in the field of business or science.
Any previous knowledge in business, research, or technology is not required, but you have to demonstrate your interest into the topics that will be covered in this program.
Global Immersion Program is a 5-day or 6-day program that runs in July 2023.
The application is open from 18 February to the end of June 2023 with first-come-first-serve basis.
This program cost 2,340 USD for Science Research Immersion Program and 1,950 USD for Business Immersion Program.
The fee includes the cost for programs and activities, accommodation, meal (breakfast), and land transportation.
This fee excludes flight ticket, meal allowance (lunch and dinner), other extra expenses during stay in Singapore, entrance fees to tourist areas, visa arrangement (if you plan to stay more than 30 days in Singapore).
The program fee does not include the flight ticket, but we can help with the flight arrangement along with other participants.
