Program Overview

ALL-in Innovators-in-Residence is a career and research immersion program in the heart of Singapore City for those who are interested in tech, science, and business field. In this 6-day adventure, you will collaborate with experts, explore cutting-edge ideas, and work on semi-structured projects with guidance from coaches and experts in their respective fields.

Together, we’ll tackle real-world challenges and make a positive impact on society. Get ready to dive into AI, programming, app development, research, and entrepreneurship, while improving your leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. At the end of the program, you will showcase your projects at a Tech-in-Asia-inspired conference.

Through this program, we want you to broaden your horizons and take action, connect with like-minded students, and confirm the career outlook and cross-disciplinary university major that you want to pursue in the future.

This is an all-around career exploration program, unlike others.

  1. The hands-on method is one of the important aspects in this program. Through workshops and coaching sessions, you will be guided by our professional experts and mentors to make sure that you could not only understand the theories and concepts, but able to implement those and practice your skills on real business or research project of your own.
  2. You get to have your own tangible result at the end of this program that really could solve the real-world problems and serve the Sustainable Development Goals.
  3. Chance for you to take your project to the next level by presenting in a research conference with experts and academic professors from Singapore’s reputable university.
Through this program, you will be exposed to a lot of opportunities to confirm your interests and build your profile. This way, you can get a head start in career planning, upgrade your skills, and also network with experts internationally. Our experienced, professional mentors are going to be there, guiding, supporting, and nurturing you through our proven method designed for teens.

This year, the Innovators-in-Residence Program will cover two program for two different age groups; Junior Program for Grade 5 to 8 students, and Senior Program for Grade 9 to 12 and University Students (Year 1 and 2).

At the Junior Program, you will be guided to develop projects around Biomedical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Assistive Technologies, and Machine Learning & Robotics topics.

At the Senior Program, you will be guided to build and establish projects around Biomedical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Mental Health & Wellness, and Big Data & AI in Economics & Finance topics.

The ideal candidate for this program is a middle, high school, or Year 1 or 2 university student who is driven and passionate in the field of tech, science or entrepreneurship.

Any previous knowledge in business, research, or technology is not required, but you have to demonstrate your interest into the topics that will be covered in this program.

Innovators-in-Residence Program is a 6-day program that runs at 2-7 January 2024.

The application is open from 1 September 2023 to the end of November 2023 with first-come-first-serve basis.

Fee and Scholarship

This program cost 2,300 USD.

The fee includes the cost for programs and activities, accommodation, meal (breakfast), and land transportation.

This fee excludes flight ticket, meal allowance (lunch and dinner), other extra expenses during stay in Singapore, entrance fees to tourist areas, visa arrangement (if you plan to stay more than 30 days in Singapore).

The program fee does not include the flight ticket.

Unfortunately, we are not opening scholarship opportunities for this program.
